We are ZAN Interiors. We are an on-line shop connected to our show room in Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza, Spain. We sell Scandinavien design furniture, light fittings, accessories, table ware and everything else for the home. Our website address is: https://zaninteriors.com.

This Privacy Policy governs each website, mobile site, application, and/or other service, regardless of how distributed, transmitted, or published, (each, a “Service”) by ZAN Interiors and any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that links to this Privacy Policy, which is binding on all those who access, visit and/or use ZAN Interiors services, whether acting as an individual or on behalf of a entity (collectively, “you” or “your”).

Wherever it is optional to collect additional information about you, we transparently inform you about what information we need, why we ask for it and we require your consent to process such information. When you change your mind, there is always a convenient way how to let us know.

How we collect your information

Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, that is not otherwise publicly available. ZAN Interiors collects personal information in a variety of ways, including when you subscribe to ZAN Interiors’s newsletters and similar email notifications.

When you subscribe to our mailing lists via our website, we ask for and collect information such as, but not limited to; your name and email address. In some cases we may also ask for your address and additional information about you or your business, such as, but not limited to company registration number, staff member details and financial information.

Once you register with ZAN Interiors and sign in to our services, you are no longer anonymous to us.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

ZAN Interiors reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the website. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Users will be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy via the “updated as of” notice on this Policy.
